PROTECPACK is the recommended minimum Protection kit for any chain saw user who does not already have full protection. The kit comprises of Combination Helmet, Balistic Gloves, Leggings and Gaiters. Chain saws must only be used right-handed as no protection gloves are available for left handed use. Chain saws will only be issued to the person actually using the saw. A full demonstration of all safety points will be given together with the Safety Instruction leaflet recommended by the H.T.A. Chain saw must not be used on ladders or steps and not suitable for cutting stumps.
